SyncDroid is a free tool that you can use to sync all of the data on your Android phone to your PC. That way you have a backup copy and you can restore your phone to a previous state if you want.
After connecting your smartphone or tablet to your PC using a USB cable, SyncDroid will be able to detect all of your device's content, which makes it possible to choose what you want to copy to your computer.
